How many lots are there in Arelauquen? What are their sizes?
In the first stage 230 lots have been completed, and 300 ones will be added in the second stage. Lots cover between 1200 and 6000 square meters, with a mean area of 2300 m2.

How many lots have been sold? How many houses have been already built?
To September 2002, 120 out of 230 lots have been sold (more than 50%). At present there are 18 houses and 20 bungalows, and about 12 families living permanently in the Country Club. Besides, 12 more houses are being built.

What services are supplied to the lots?
Lots have all services installed and ready to be used from the pillar, including water, electricity, telephone and natural gas, in addition to safety, fence and public lighting. It is important to mention that tubes and wires go underground.

Can we practice water sports?
A dock and a small shelter are being built on the shore of Lake Gutiérrez for the exclusive use of Members of Arelauquen.

Do lots have special views?
Many lots have a view of the lake, and most of them have spectacular views of the surrounding mountains, such as Cerro Catedral, Cerro Otto, Cerro Ventana and Cerro San Martín.

Are Owners allowed to rent their houses?
Yes, house leases are allowed by Regulations.

When building the house, are there binding styles?
No, there are Construction Regulations preserving Andean constructions that become integrated with the natural landscape. Sloping and dark roofs are recommended, as well as noble materials such as rock and wood. The Architecture Commission of Arelauquen G&CC must approve diagrams before they are submitted to the Town Hall.

Are there any houses for sale?
At present BURCO (developing group) is building the first houses under the BURCO Housing system. For more information, go to "housing".

How much are the monthly administrative expenses?
Each lot pays between $120 and $200 per month, depending on the area.

How are activities developed?
In order to use AG&CC's activities owners must pay a preferential amount as part of the benefit of being owner of Arelauquen.
