Arelauquen, a place to stay.
 Arelauquen Country Club has plenty to offer to those interested in settling down in the Patagonia. From its 710 hectares, 510 are kept as natural reserve and only 200 hectares are destined for lot division, golf course, common areas and infrastructure buildings.
The lot division covers 530 lots and is divided into two stages -the first one is being marketed, and 80 % has been sold. (lots). The lot area varies from 1400 to 6100m2.
The country club offers lot owners all infrastructure services and the most complete sports supply, led by an 18 hole golf course designed under Chino Fernández's supervision , a polo field, tennis courts, a squash court, horse riding.
It is strategically located, not only because it is only at a fifteen-minute
car ride from downtown San Carlos de Bariloche, the most important city of
the region, but also at ten minutes from Cerro Catedral, the main ski center
in Argentina, and twenty minutes from Bariloche international airport. |
