The estimated administration expenses amount to $120 and $200 per lot, depending on the lot area and comprise the following common services: permanent security, public lighting, garbage collection, common areas and buildings maintenance, road maintenance, etc

- Electricity: underground distribution network with meters in each lot.
- Running water: underground water distribution network to the parcels, formed by tapping, conduction, filter and disinfecting, storage and reserve works.
- Natural gas: natural gas underground internal distribution network to the parcels. Burco Desarrollos will extend the gas pipe from Virgen de las Nieves to Arelauquen. These works will be finished by early 2003.
