What do I receive with my acreage?
* Country road up to your own acreage
* Front fencing with 7 wire threads
* A three phase electricity line and electricity pillar (there’s a small group that doesn’t include it yet)
* Over 15000 trees planted in 1998 and distributed over existing acreages
What can I do in my acreage?
* 30% of the farm can be used for constructions and forestation. On the remaing 70% you can have horses, cattle, build a polo field or even a horse jumping corral.
* All the constructions are overseen by a committee of architects as the design emphasis is placed on an Argentine country life style.
* Commercial enterprises are prohibited.
What is include in my monthly condominium fees?
They cover services including:
* Security
* Road maintenance
* Garbage collection
* Currently, fees include land taxes.
* The possibility that unused fees be reimbursed to owners.
What cannot be found in “El Chajá”:
* No visible high tension electricity lines
* There is no clubhouse, golf, or common entertainment areas.
* No internal paved roads. All roads are earth and stone.
* No indutries, low income housing and environmental threats nearby
* No highway noise |
