Payment Plans:

a. 30% at the moment of signing the contract. Payment has to be made within 5 days of signing for local clients and within 10 for foreign clients.

b. 50% financed in equal monthly and consecutive installments

c. 20% al the moment of signing the final title deed and being granted possession – estimated for July 2006

Method of Payment

There is an additional 0.06% tax on payments made by cheque. Should the money be transferred to Argentina from abroad the cost of said transferred must be added to the amount.

Cost involved in obtaining a Title Deed

a. 2.5% stamp tax (if applicable)

b. 0.2% tax to have the deed incorporated in the register

c. 0.1% Notary appropriation

d. Fixed cost: Pesos $250

e. Fees per apartment: 1% + VAT

f. Fees for setting up internal rules of the building: 0,5% + VAT
